A Tidy towns water survey on the communities of the Corrib. This survey was carried out on behalf of our recreational/ well being working group back in September 2019 by Catherine Seale of the Local Authorities Water Programme so a big thanks there.
The point of the survey was to highlight the communities of the Corrib connection with their local waterbodies. This activity stimulated discussion in the areas of recreational use of water bodies, eco activities for water quality and ways communities can engage in local competitions and funding to raise awareness and show appreciation to their local waterbodies.
